Our group emerged out of the expansion of Roberlo. A development that has evolved over the years to consolidate the family of companies in the field of chemical specializations that it is today.

The sum total of the small successes of each one of our companies has promoted our sustained growth and has made us into a great chemical group.

DEXIA SYSTEM

2003

Entry into the nautical sector

 

The distribution company began selling polyester putties designed specifically for the nautical market.

 

ROBERLO

2004

The leap to the South American continent

 

Roberlo established its first subsidiary outside the European Union with the creation of Roberlo Argentina. A leap that adds to the growth in sales with a presence on different continents.

Montana Shop & Gallery

 

Opening of the first official store-gallery in the city of Barcelona. A space to show off the work of young talents, internationally-renowned personalities and all of the MTN products.

 

CHEMFIX

2006

Leadership alliances

 

Chemfix acquired Nickerson Chemicals, a competitor up to that point, and Chemfill, a company specializing in cartridge packaging. The headquarters of both companies were moved to its facilities in Dewsbury. This merger made it possible to combine know-how and further the company's expansion, making it one of the world leading companies in the sector.

Production on a global scale

 

With the desire to intensify the process of international expansion and strengthen its presence in certain regions, the first two production centers outside of the central facility were opened in Russia and Brazil.

Launch of MTN 94

 

Launch of a new line of special high-quality sprays, in commemoration of the year the company was founded. It rapidly became one of the company's flagship brands.

Innovation with ChubSeal™

 

‘ChubSealTM’, a key innovation developed within the company and designed for cartridges that use a bag system, was launched.
