Our group emerged out of the expansion of Roberlo. A development that has evolved over the years to consolidate the family of companies in the field of chemical specializations that it is today.

The sum total of the small successes of each one of our companies has promoted our sustained growth and has made us into a great chemical group.

ROBERLO

1971

Start of production activities

 

Roberlo began producing its own products for the car refinishing market. Constant innovation, efficiency and productivity became the pillars of the company.

 

 

 

CROMARESME

1973

Innovating from the very start

 

The company, established a few years earlier, became one of the first manufacturers in Spain to introduce two-component polyurethane systems. That same year, it inaugurated new facilities in Mataró.

 

 

 

DEXIA SYSTEM

1975

Entry into the distribution sector

 

Comercial JJ., which would later grow to become Dexia System, was founded. The new company was set up as a distributor engaged in the multi-brand sale of products and services for the automotive, industrial and construction sectors.
